ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS AND BOARD ELECTIONS (2)

The Cantora homeowners Association Annual Meeting of the Members is scheduled to be conducted this year in the month of July.

The Annual Meeting of the Members meetings are at 7:00pm at Seabreeze Management 26840 Aliso Viejo Parkway Aliso Viejo with the location and time to be confirmed by checking the posted agenda at the pool bulletin board or this electronic bulletin board.  If you have any questions please contact Seabreeze Management at 949-855-1800.

EXECUTIVE FORUM – 5:00 PM

The following items may be addressed in Executive Session in accordance with California Civil Code §4935:

  • Contracts:  Matters relating to formation of contract with third parties
  • Delinquencies:  Payment of assessments upon member’s request, payment plans & initiate foreclosure.
  • Hearings:  Member Discipline
  • Legal/Litigation
  • Personnel Issues
  • §4935 Any matter discussed in executive session shall be generally noted in the minutes of the immediately following meeting that is open to the entire membership.

HOMEOWNER FORUM – 7:00 PM

Civil Code §4935 A reasonable time limit for all Members of the Association to speak to the Board of Directors before a meeting of the Association shall be established by the Board of Directors. A director or manager may briefly respond to statements made or questions posed. Speakers must observe rules of decorum and not engage in obscene gestures, shouting, profanity or other disruptive behavior.  All persons must follow Meeting Rules.
