RULES MOVING FORWARD AFTER INSTALLATION:
1. If any keys are lost it is the homeowners sole responsibility to replace them. Please contact Bryan (NOT the HOA or Seabreeze).
2. If any keys/locks don’t work after a while, the board will look into it case by case to determine if the HOA, homeowner or Bryan is responsible financially after an investigation of the issue. Contact Seabreeze for this determination. However, for the fix, the homeowner will contact Bryan (NOT the HOA or Seabreeze).
